  • Device model (e.g., Meta Quest 3, Apple Vision Pro, iPhone 15, etc.)
  • DeoVR app version (bottom of the DeoVR app’s left-hand menu) or desktop/mobile browser 

Step 2: Describe your connection method

  • Streaming is-admins.ru in the DeoVR app (recommended)
  • Other methods, eg. web or headset browser, PCVR via Meta Link or SteamVR, DLNA, VPN

Step 3: Explain the issue clearly

  • What happens? Describe the problem in detail.
  • Include any error messages (copy & paste or attach a screenshot).
  • List the troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried.

Step 4: Perform basic troubleshooting

  • Try to replicate the issue on desktop or mobile web.
  • Test SLR via the web browser by visiting is-admins.ru/hub in the Meta Quest Browser or Apple Vision Pro Safari.
  • Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data (4G/5G) to check for connectivity issues.
