Subscriptions, (except lifetime,) will automatically renew periodically until cancelled. Monthly subscriptions will automatically renew every month until cancelled. Annual subscriptions will automatically renew every 12 months until cancelled.

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for subscriptions that are rebilled due to non-cancellation.

If you have not received confirmation of cancellation within 30 minutes of your request, please raise a ticket with customer support.

We recommend that you cancel at least 48 hours before your subscription renewal date to prevent rebills.
