Is billing discreet? 

My purchase was denied.

Often, the bank denies the transaction, so we recommend reaching out to them directly to understand the specific reasons for the denial. It's noteworthy that banks may temporarily reserve the amount, which is refunded if the transaction is declined. If the initial billing provider you selected faces issues, feel free to try an alternative one.

My rebill failed for some reason and I lost Premium access. The sign-up attempt shows a “Already have a membership” message.

Usually, your subscription stays active, but there might be delays in our billing service rebilling. No need to fret— we've rescheduled the rebill. It's a good idea to check with your bank to ensure there are no issues on their end, and make sure your account has sufficient funds to cover the upcoming rebill. To avoid any double charges, please avoid trying to sign up with an alternative billing option, as the rebilling process will occur again.

I accidentally paid twice / I was double charged.

I got a new credit card. Where can I update my card info?

I paid with crypto and I still have no access to Premium even though coins were taken from my wallet.
