“Information” means any and all material contained in this Website.
“Intellectual Property” means any Contribution, patent, invention, copyright, database right, registered or unregistered design, trademark (whether registered or unregistered), trade name, logo, trade secrets, know-how or other industrial or intellectual property right subsisting anywhere in the world, and applications for any of the foregoing, together with the goodwill thereon.
“Prizes” means the benefits awarded via the Data Tech Media judging process (as more fully described in Sections 18, 19, and detailed in Schedule 1 of this document), which shall be awarded after the submission end date of August 31, 2025.
“Submission Process” means the process of posting Contributions on public social media platforms from the submission start date of August 29, 2025.

These Conditions contain all the terms of your agreement with Us relating to your use of this Website. - Competition Organiser
The Competition is organised by “Data Tech Media” and “We / Us / Our” means Data Tech Media, d.o.o., a company registered in Slovenia (Company ID: 8632197000) and with its registered office at Ulica Ambrožiča Novljana 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia ("Data Tech Media").
- Events outwith Our control
Data Tech Media reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Competition Rules without notice in the event of a Force Majeure Event. Any changes will be posted within these Conditions on the Website. A copy of the Rules may also be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Competition Rules, Data Tech Media, d.o.o., Ulica Ambrožiča Novljana 5, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
- Disputes
In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Data Tech Media shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
- Entering the Competition
18.1 Contributions must be submitted by posting photo or video content on the Entrant’s public social media account(s), in accordance with the instructions provided by DTM, tagging the official SLR or account and using the hashtag #MasturbationWeekend. No registration with Us is required. By posting a Contribution in this way, Entrants agree that their content may be publicly visible and accessible, and that DTM may review, share, or otherwise use such contributions for the purposes of the Competition, at its discretion. Entrants remain responsible for ensuring that their submissions comply with these Conditions and any applicable platform rules.
18.2. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Data Tech Media reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Entrants.
18.3 If your Contribution is selected by DTM as one of the most original and exciting and you are chosen as a winner of the Competition, We will contact you directly. At that stage, you will be required to provide certain data (such as your email address, and account details) in order to activate and receive your prize. Failure to provide the requested information within the timeframe specified by DTM may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Competition is only open to residents of countries where participation and the awarding of prizes is lawful. Residents of countries with legislation that prohibits access to adult content or prevents the awarding of prizes of this nature are not eligible to enter the Competition. Any entry from such countries will be deemed invalid.
18.4 Data Tech Media reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Entrant has breached any of the Rules.
18.5 The Entrant understands and agrees that participation in the Contest requires sharing a Contributions on social media. By entering, the Entrant further grants DTM the right to view, share, repost, display, and otherwise use the Contributions (in whole or in part) across DTM’s platforms and communication channels for the purposes of administering, promoting, and publicising the Contest, without additional consent or compensation, subject to Clause 20.2 and 20.3.
18.5.1 The following additional conditions relate to the Entrant who wants to enter Contributions.
18.5.1.1 submission requirements for Contributions. The Entrant must post a public Contribution on social media that includes a photo or video, tag the official SLR or account, and include the hashtag #MasturbationWeekend.
18.5.1.2 for clarity, the submission Start Date for the competition is, August 29, 2025, and submission End Date is August 31, 2025.
- Prizes
19.1 Prize winners will be notified in the manner and within the time specified on the Website (and may be contacted by Data Tech Media or Data Tech Media’s nominated supplier(s)). Competition winner(s)’ names will be published on the Website and announced in September, 2025.
19.2 We will endeavour to distribute the Prizes by 01 October, 2025.
19.3. Prizes are non-transferable and no alternative will be provided, except as expressly approved by Data Tech Media. Data Tech Media reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value at any time.
19.4. All taxes, insurances, transfers, spending money and other expenses (including meals or personal expenses upgrades etc.) as the case may be, unless specifically stated, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
19.5 The winner will be selected by DTM as having made one of the most original and exciting Contributions posted during the Competition period (from August 29 to August 31, 2025).
19.6 Entrants may post multiple Contributions however, no more than one Prize shall be awarded to any Entrant.
- Intellectual Property Rights
20.1 All Intellectual Property Rights included in the Competition entry will be owned by the Entrant.
20.2 All Data Tech Media owned content and materials including all pre-existing Trademarks shall remain the sole property of the Data Tech Media or its respective suppliers and Data Tech Media or its suppliers shall be the sole owner of all rights in connection therewith. The Entrant hereby grants to Data Tech Media a perpetual, worldwide, nonexclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, (where necessary modify), display and publish the Entrant-owned content and materials solely in connection with the Competition.
20.3 As a condition of receiving the prizes, the Entrant understands and agrees that there is nothing in this Agreement shall be taken to prevent Us from using the Contributions when promoting or marketing the Competition. Data Tech Media retains the right to use the Intellectual Property (Contributions) for marketing use; this includes the Contributions remaining on the Competition Website, on an on-going basis, and promotion of the Contributions across various social media channels of their choosing; Data Tech Media will be the sole arbiter of this issue.
20.4 As a condition of receiving the prizes, the Entrant understands and agrees that third-parties associated with the Competition have the right to promote the Contributions on their websites, and social media channels of their choosing. Data Tech Mediaretains the right to use Intellectual Property (Contributions) for marketing use; this includes the Intellectual property remaining on the various Competition Websites on an on-going basis, Data Tech Media will be the sole arbiter of this issue.
20.5 Entrant’s submissions must not contain any third-party Intellectual Property Rights unless the Entrant can provide an unrestricted licence to use such Intellectual Property Rights for the purposes of the Competition, and that such right may be transferred to Data Tech Media in accordance with the SLR Terms. It is the responsibility of any winning Entrant in that case to ensure that such transfer takes place prior to payment of any prize.
20.6 Submissions must be free of any dongle, clock, timer, counter, hardware key, copy protection feature, replication device, “virus” or “worm” as those terms are commonly used in the computer industry, or other software code that may lock, disable or erase any of the Intellectual Property Rights, or any other software, programs or data contained within the submission.
20.7 If any material is found not to be owned by the Entrant, and no evidence of the right to use and assign the Intellectual Property Rights has been provided, the submission will be disqualified.
20.8 As a condition of receiving prizes, winners must agree to all the conditions outlined in Section 20 of these Conditions.
- Delivery
21.1 Where applicable, Data Tech Media times of delivery of Prizes are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
21.2 Where applicable, Prizes will be sent to the delivery address that you have given at the point of registration. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect or incomplete. Please note that We do not deliver to PO boxes.
21.3 Data Tech Media shall bear all risk in respect of consignments until delivered to the prize winner. Once a prize has been received by you, all risk of damage to, or loss of, the Prize shall pass to you.
21.4 Delivery dates are approximate only and not an essential term of the Agreement. Data Tech Media shall have no liability in respect of delay in delivery of Prizes.
21.5 The winner is responsible for all relevant paperwork to allow Data Tech Media to deliver, including a signed POD (proof of delivery) and proof of age which will be requested prior to any Prize being awarded.
21.6 The winner must be aware that accepting delivery of any prize, including signing a POD, will mean that all risk will transfer from Data Tech Media to you the winner.
21.7 Third-party terms and conditions apply to parts of the Prizes where applicable (including third-party warranties and PODs).
21.8 Data Tech Media cannot be held responsible for any shipping or export restrictions imposed by any country. Such an issue would be classed as Force Majeure under these terms.
- Indemnification
22.1 The Entrant shall indemnify Data Tech Media and keep Data Tech Media indemnified against any liability to any third-party arising out of or connected with the Entrant’s use of the goods, prizes, etc.
22.2 The Entrant hereby indemnifies and holds harmless Data Tech Media against all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs or expenses howsoever arising incurred by Data Tech Media in-connection with the Agreement as a result of a breach by the Entrant of any provision of this Agreement, law or regulation.
- Eligibility
23.1 Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Data Tech Media are not eligible to enter the Competition. Data Tech Media reserves the right not to award a prize if We are aware or have reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible.
23.2 By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
